We have a well-trained team of female operators and two managers in our radio control office, who are responsible for the rapid allocation of jobs to taxi drivers.

They ensure everything runs smoothly even at busy times – around the clock, 365 days of the year.

Technical equipment

Our booking system is always right up-to-date.

Drivers

We only employ drivers, who have been trained in Tyrolean state institutions and who have passed the taxi drivers' test. This ensures that they

• have a knowledge of the city's geography
• are familiar with commercial law,
• the Highway Code,
• and the terms and conditions of the taxi trade

All taxi drivers are trained by us and also on customer relations issues.
